On July 24, 2024, WIDAD University College launched the Young Doctor Club WIDAD-BRASS in a joyful and meaningful ceremony. The prestigious event took place at the WIDAD University College Auditorium at 9:30 AM. This launch was the outcome of a strategic collaboration between the Department of Student Affairs at WIDAD University College, the WIDAD Medical Society (WiMed), and SMK Bukit Rangin (BRASS). Students and staff who attended were given the opportunity to learn more about this new initiative aimed at providing early exposure to the medical field, especially for science stream school students. This event marked the beginning of a program designed to nurture potential young doctors for the future. The program also aimed to inspire students to pursue careers in the medical field by showcasing available opportunities and support, as well as strengthening the collaboration between WIDAD University College, the WIDAD Medical Society, and SMK Bukit Rangin in building a community of future healthcare professionals. Additionally, it provided a platform for students to interact with medical professionals, gain insights and motivation for their studies and careers, and emphasize the importance of medical education and the role of young doctors in promoting a caring culture in society. The leadership of the Young Doctor Club WIDAD-BRASS includes Prof. Dr. Jamaludin Bin Zainol as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at WIDAD University College, and Pn. Norasnida Binti Mohd Arif as the Principal of SMK Bukit Rangin, Kuantan. The program's five co-advisors are Dr. Hasbullani Bin Zakaria, Dr. Belqees Ahmed Qaid Allaw, Pn. Nor Mala Binti Daud, Pn. Nabilah Binti Kamaruzaman, and Pn. Asnor Samiza Binti Mohd Salleh. The club is also led by co-chairs Muhammad Aidzuddin Bin Mohd Yusuff and Syed Ahmad Naufal Alyahya Bin Syed Khalil, along with 12 BRASS committee members: Nurul Syuhada Binti Ahmad Ghazali, Nur Aliya Marsya Binti Mazlan, Ilyana Binti Mustafa, Aelyana Binti Mohamad Rezali, Aisyah Umairah Binti Zakaria, Azalia Najihah Binti Azmawi, Norsyifaa Afrina Binti Norlizam, Afifa Isnaira Binti Mohd Khazani, Raiyan Khairdanee Bin Mohamad Sanusi, Muhd Ameer Azhad Zhafran Bin Mohd Yusoff, Ammar Ziqry Bin Abdullah, and Muhammad Hazeeq Zikri Bin Mohd Alhakimi.
