Diploma in Games Design

The Diploma in Games Design is designed to equip individuals with the skills and experience required for employment in games design and development, including roles such as game designer, game artist, and 3D game animator.

Students will learn how to create game design documents, 2D and 3D character designs, obstacle designs, and game platform plans for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Entry Requirements

Option 1: Entry with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

Pass the SPM with at least 3 credits in any subject.

Option 2: Entry with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) / Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM)

Obtain SKM Level 3 / SVM.

Option 3: Entry with Certificate

A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a relevant field with at least a CGPA of 2.00.

Option 4: Entry with Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM)

Pass the STPM with at least Grade C (GP 2.00) in any subject.

Option 5: Entry with Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM)

Pass the STAM with at least Grade Maqbul.

Additional Requirements

Pass an interview OR submission of student's portfolio, to be determined by the HEP as required.
