A program organized by the Ministry of Youth & Sports under i-LEAD (Institute of Excellent Leadership and Development) was held on 2 April 2022 at the Grand Darul Makmur Hotel, Kuantan Pahang. The program was attended by 40 women youths aged 16-35 years, the majority of whom consisted of Student Representative Councils representing associations or organizations in selected Public and Private Institutes of Higher Learning. The Widad Universiti Kolej Student Residency Representative Council was also among the students selected to attend this program which was held for the first time. This program aims to polish female students into a woman who is professional in every move and can provide added value after work later. The program began with a talk delivered by Ms. Zendiee Lee who gave a talk on how to take care of the image of women and then by Ms. Nurul Ashiqin Shamsuri who gave a talk on leadership for a woman. The program also ended with the closing ceremony by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, YB Senator Dato 'Sri Ti Lian Ker.
