Requirements
Master's degree in Paediatrics or equivalent; Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holds a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
Clinical Experience
Substantial clinical experience in the field of ENT, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of ENT disorders Experience in surgical procedures related to ENT
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in English is usually required, as it is the primary language of instruction in many Malaysian medical schools
Professional Registration
Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) or eligible for registration
Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
Commitment to Service
Dedication to patient care, education, and contributing to the academic and clinical environment of the institution
Medical Qualifications
Must hold a recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) Postgraduate qualification in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) is essential, such as Master's (MS/MD) or equivalent.
Research and Publications
Active involvement in research related to ENT Publications in reputable medical journals related to ENT topics Teaching Experience
Prior experience in teaching medical students and/or postgraduate trainees Ability to deliver lectures, conduct practical sessions, and supervise research in the field of ENT
Clinical Experience
Extensive clinical experience in the field of Ophthalmology, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of eye disorders Experience in ophthalmic surgeries and procedures
