Diploma in Architecture

Architecture is an art of industry, and other industries are related with Architecture directly or indirectly. The Diploma in Architecture offers many core design subjects that are applied to other related courses in the department, as well as non-architecture related courses such as business, management, education and sciences. The aim of the programme is to produce graduates in fulfilling the needs of the industry in order for them to secure a suitable job in construction and development industries such as assistant architect, architectural technician, draughtsman, site supervisor and others. In addition, graduates will be able to possess leadership quality, social responsibility, professionalism and ethical values.

Entry Requirements

  • Entry with Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Vokasional (SPM / SPMV)

  • Passed SPM / SPMV with 3 credits inclusive of:
    • Mathematics
    • Any other two (2) subjects
  • Obtained a pass in Arts / Engineering Drawing OR
  • Pass an Interview Session / Drawing Test / Portfolio Review for applicant without Arts / Engineering Drawing subject qualification
